How to add my Inbound Shipments?

Learn how to add units in transit to your locations in Flieber

To gain full visibility of your Inventory Forecast and accurate recommendations, it's essential to add the units in transit to your locations.

On the Inbound Shipments page, you can easily add units in transit to your location.

Click on “Add Inbound Shipments” and fill in the required fields:

  • Destination
  • Delivery Date
  • SKU
  • Ordered Quantity

You can also fill in the Inbound Shipment ID and Accepted Quantity if needed. After filling out the information, click on “Save and Close” to create it.

Important Note: For FBA locations, all inbound shipments are already automatically imported and updated through Amazon's integration.

PRO Tip: You can manipulate your data in an Excel spreadsheet and copy and paste it directly into Flieber to add it in bulk.

Once created, you can see the impact on your Inventory Forecast. Depending on the arrival time of the inbound shipment, you will be able to identify intermediary stock outs in your Inventory Forecast chart.
Example:

  • Delivery Date of the Inbound Shipment: March 24, 2017
  • Quantity: 3500

In the example above, you can see that even with inbound shipments, you will still experience a stock out from April 25, 2024, until May 17, 2024.

Ensure that all inbound shipments are updated in Flieber to maintain accurate Inventory Forecast data and receive precise replenishment recommendations in the Replenishment Simulator.
