How to connect my internal controls to Flieber using Google Sheet Integration?

Learn how to automatically keep your inventory updated with Google Sheets integration.

By using the integration with Google Sheets, you can easily connect Flieber to your internal controls. In this article, you will learn how to automatically update the inventory levels of your products if your location is not synced with Amazon or Shopify.

First, you need to create the location. If this has not been done yet, you can refer to this article on how to do so:

After creating your Inventory Location with the connection to Google Sheets, you can ensure your inventory is up-to-date in Flieber, connected to your internal controls.
In this article, you will learn how to integrate using the IMPORTRANGE and VLOOKUP formulas.

The first sheet of the spreadsheet contains the SKUs of the products mapped to this location in Flieber, and this is where you need to enter the On Hand and On Order quantities.

To connect to your internal control, we suggest creating a new sheet without changing the order and then using the IMPORTRANGE formula to access your database.

The next step is to use VLOOKUP to pull data from the second sheet to the first sheet. After doing so, your inventory will be reflected in Flieber, and you can check it on the Inventory Balance page.

By completing these steps, the inventory that you keep in your internal spreadsheet will be fully integrated to Flieber and any change you make in your internal control will be reflected in Flieber in a few seconds.
