How to connect your TikTok Shop to Flieber?
Step-by-step instructions to bring your TikTok Shop sales into Flieber nativelly.
Connecting your TikTok Shop lets Flieber pull your TikTok sales into the same forecast and replenishment picture as the rest of your channels, so nothing on TikTok is planned in isolation. The setup is quick, but one of the steps produces a credential that expires 30 minutes after it is created, so we do this part live with you on a call or asynchrony by email (with previous alignment). This article walks you through everything, so you know exactly what to expect before we get on the call.
Note: Only the main seller account can authorize the app on your storefront. Admin or staff accounts on TikTok cannot complete the final authorization, so please make sure the person who owns the main TikTok Seller account is on the call with us.
Book the setup call and send us your connection request
Submit your TikTok connection request to us so we know you are ready to start, then book a 30 minute session with our team using Flieber chat in the app or contacting your point of contact in Flieber Customer Success Team. Because the final credential is only valid for 30 minutes, we complete the whole flow together in that window.
It's important to have the owner of the main TikTok Seller account available for the call. This is the person whose authorization TikTok will require at the end.
Create an app in your TikTok Seller account
Inside your TikTok Seller account, create a new app for the connection. Give it a name you will recognize later, for example your brand name followed by 'Flieber'. You will publish and install this app during the call.
Add the required permissions (all read-only)
Your app needs the following scopes. Everything Flieber reads is read-only, so nothing is ever written back to your TikTok Shop.

The four mandatory scopes let Flieber read your orders, your product catalog, your authorization status, and your shop details. The two optional scopes cover global product listings and Fulfilled by TikTok data, useful if you use those features.
Authorize the app and generate the credential
With the main seller account, publish and install the app through TikTok's authorization flow. Click the provider link and complete the authentication. TikTok will redirect you to the callback page set on your app.
Warning: the auth code you are about to capture is valid for only 30 minutes. Treat it as you would a password, and share it only with us, directly, during the call (or asynchrony by email, aligning the timing).
Send us the callback URL
Copy the callback URL from that redirect and send it to us. It contains the auth code we need. With your client key, your client secret, and that auth code, our team retrieves the access tokens from TikTok on our side, and the connection is live.
Your TikTok Shop is connected, and your TikTok sales will start flowing into Flieber, usually by the beginning of the following week.
Note: Google sheets TikTok should be delete, once they are not being used anymore to enrich data in the system and avoid duplication.
