How to add my Walmart Store to Flieber?

Connecting Walmart lets Flieber pull your product list, sales orders and inventory, including your Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) inventory and inbound shipments, so your forecast and replenishment plans reflect what is really happening on the channel. All you need is the Client ID and Client Secret of your Walmart 'My API Key', and the setup takes just a few minutes.

Important: Walmart retired the Delegated Access keys (the keys created for a solution provider such as Flieber Inc) at the end of September 2026. If your Walmart store was connected to Flieber before that and your Walmart data stopped updating, you simply need to replace your keys. Jump to step 4 below.

1. Get your API credentials in Walmart Seller Center

Before you start, make sure you are logged in to Walmart Seller Center with an admin user. 'API Key Management' is only available to admins, so if you can't see it, ask your account administrator to complete this step.

• In Walmart Seller Center, go to 'Settings' --> 'API Integration' and select 'API Key Management'. Walmart will log you in to the Walmart Developer Portal with your Seller Center credentials.
• In the Production Keys list, find the key called 'My API Key'. It is usually the last one in the list.
• Copy its Client ID and Client Secret. It may be helpful to keep them in a note on your desktop while you complete the next step.

Note: Use 'My API Key' only. Keys created for a solution provider rely on Delegated Access and no longer work.

Warning: Your Client Secret gives access to your Walmart account data. Treat it as you would a password and never share it by email or chat.

2. Connect Walmart in Flieber

• Log into Flieber, click the gear icon in the upper right corner and go to 'Settings' --> 'Integrations'.
• Click 'Configure Store' and select Walmart from the integrations list.
• Enter your Walmart Account Name and paste the Client ID and Client Secret you copied in step 1.
• Click 'Connect' and save the store.

3. Let Flieber load your data

Once the store is saved, Flieber will start loading your product list, sales orders and inventory from Walmart and will notify you when it is complete. If you sell through WFS, Flieber will also bring in your WFS inventory and the inbound shipments you send to Walmart warehouses, so you can follow them on the Inbound Shipments page and in the Inventory Forecast.

Note: Walmart's API only shares the last 6 months of sales history. If you need older history in your forecast, reach out to us and our team can help you import it.

4. Already connected? Update your API keys

If your Walmart store is already in Flieber, there is no need to create a new connection. You just need to swap the old keys for your 'My API Key' credentials:

• Get the Client ID and Client Secret of your 'My API Key', as described in step 1.
• In Flieber, go to 'Settings' --> 'Integrations', open your Walmart connection and click 'Update API Keys'. The window includes a 'Walmart Docs' link in case you need help finding the key.
• Replace the current Client ID and Client Secret with the new ones and save.

Flieber keeps the same store and all of your history, and the next sync will already use the new keys. If you have more than one Walmart connection, repeat these steps for each one.

Your Walmart store is connected and Flieber will keep your Walmart sales and inventory up to date!
