How to add and configure Inbound Shipment using Google Sheet
Learn how to add orders in transit to your locations in Flieber
To ensure full visibility into your Inventory Forecast and receive accurate recommendations, it’s essential to add your orders in transit to your locations. In this article, you’ll learn how to add orders or units using a Google Sheet, automating the process so that whenever your spreadsheet is updated, the data will automatically sync to Flieber.
On the Inbound Shipments page, you can easily add orders or units in transit and edit shipment details such as expected delivery dates and destination locations.
If your inbound shipments are not connected through a native integration, you can add and update them directly on the Inbound Shipments page. This option allows you to manually edit shipment details within the platform, giving you flexibility to keep your inventory data accurate and up to date.
Another option, you can configure inbound shipment inputs by integrating a standardized Google Sheets template provided by Flieber. With this setup, all information entered into the sheet is automatically synced with Flieber and incorporated into its calculations. This means updates only need to be made within that single file.
The standardized spreadsheet is designed to capture all relevant inbound shipment data, including Shipment ID, Destination, Delivery Date, SKU, Quantity Ordered, and Shipment Status. Once the data is added, your purchase orders will be reflected in Flieber.
Keeping your inbound shipments updated in Flieber is essential to maintain inventory forecasts and ensure precise replenishment recommendations.
